Marine Structures is committed to the superyacht industry and are the proud manufacturer of Australia’s largest superyacht berth. This award-winning structure was engineered to welcome some of the world’s largest vessels, previously unable to berth in Australian waters.

With a high freeboard to suit large vessel requirements and an excessive deck loading allowance, the massive concrete pontoons are designed with heavy reinforcement and large displacements.  The pontoon base has a large diameter coupler system that is cast integrally to the pontoon and heavily reinforced to transfer the loads.  The structure does not rely on through rods and walers for structural strength position and eliminates the need to ever tighten through-bolts, delivering unmatched long-term value.
