Triac builds all tooling and all parts for the Rapido brands - inlcuding the high load parts like masts (25m), C foils (4.9m), beams, struts, rudders, elevators, bulkheads from prepreg carbon, cured in the 8.5m autoclave. For the tooling and some parts, Triac uses a 7 axis Kuka milling robot which runs on a 23m track.

It also does tooling and parts production for other international pleasure boat brands and works with ship builders requiring composite components.

Recently, Triac completed all tooling and parts for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with a wingspan of 16m.
