Tooling - Plugs and molds

Triac is able to do all composite tooling - plugs and molds using our 7 axis Kuka Milling robot (which runs on a 23m track).

Whether it's entire boats (hulls, decks, masts etc), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, air ducts with complex shapes, composite parts for ships etc, Triac can build teh plugs and molds.

We can also do the production of your parts.
